President John Dramani Mahama has reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive development, job creation, and accountable governance, assuring Ghanaians that his administration remains focused on improving the lives of all citizens.

In his Christmas message to the nation on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, the President said his government is determined to place Ghana firmly on a path of sustainable growth that benefits every segment of society.

According to him, efforts are underway to stabilise and revive the economy while addressing long-standing challenges that have slowed national progress in recent years.

President Mahama noted that his administration is working relentlessly to complete stalled development projects, expand critical infrastructure, and create opportunities that will drive employment and economic empowerment across the country.

He stressed that the ultimate goal of his leadership is to ensure fairness and shared prosperity, regardless of social or economic background.

“I will continue to ensure that Ghana works for every citizen,” the President assured.

Mr Mahama urged Ghanaians to reflect on the message of hope and renewal that Christmas represents, encouraging citizens to remain optimistic and united as the country moves forward.

He emphasised that national progress requires collective effort, discipline, and a shared commitment to building a stronger and more resilient Ghana.

The President concluded by wishing Ghanaians a peaceful Christmas celebration and expressing confidence in a brighter future for the nation in the year ahead.
