Members of the East Legon Executive Fitness Club have rounded off the year with a vibrant thanksgiving service held in Accra on Thursday, December 26, 2025, as they reflected on a year marked by good health, unity, and continued success.

The annual gathering, which has become a cherished tradition among members of the club, brought together prominent business leaders, professionals, and senior residents of Accra in an atmosphere of praise, gratitude, and celebration.

The thanksgiving service was aimed at acknowledging God’s protection and blessings throughout the year, while also strengthening bonds among members.

The event was led by renowned business moguls Osei Kwame Despite and Ofori Sarpong, who were seen joyfully participating in the worship session alongside other members.

Their presence and involvement underscored the strong sense of leadership and camaraderie that defines the East Legon Executive Fitness Club. Kennedy Osei Asante, son of Osei Kwame Despite, also joined the celebration, dancing and fellowshipping with members in a relaxed and joyful setting.

The service featured spirited gospel performances, with award-winning gospel musician Piesie Esther taking centre stage. Her energetic delivery of praise and Christmas-themed songs uplifted the congregation and added a festive glow to the occasion.

Members sang along, clapped, and danced as the music set a tone of joy and thanksgiving throughout the programme.

Beyond the music and worship, the gathering served as a moment of reflection on the club’s activities over the year.

Members expressed gratitude for good health, professional growth, and the enduring friendships formed through the club’s regular fitness sessions and social engagements. Many also used the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and friends in a relaxed environment outside their usual routines.
