Jacinta Kafari, a prominent member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Loyal Ladies, has sharply criticized the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), claiming that many Ghanaians are already regretting their vote.

Speaking at a party event, Kafari accused the NDC of falling short of the expectations they set while in opposition. She argued that citizens who were promised economic relief, job creation, and better living conditions are now disappointed.

“Ghanaians were led to believe that voting for the NDC would instantly solve their problems,” she said. “Now, those same people are facing hardship, unmet promises, and a lack of direction.”

Her remarks come amid rising political tension and debate over the state of the economy. While NDC supporters maintain that the government is working on long-term recovery plans, critics from the NPP insist the administration has failed to deliver as quickly as it promised during campaigns.

Kafari urged the ruling party to show real results instead of what she called “excuses and blame games,” and called on Ghanaians to remain vigilant and hold leaders accountable for their commitments.

The statement has sparked intense discussion on social media, with loyalists from both parties exchanging accusations. As political pressure builds, the struggle for public confidence remains ongoing.
